Kembay builds privacy-focused applications designed to keep users in control of their data.

This Privacy Policy applies to applications published by Kembay, including the Treiks app, unless an app provides its own policy.

Data Storage (Current)
For the Treiks app, all user-entered data is stored locally on the device. No personal or health data is transmitted to Kembay servers.

Future Features
Future versions may introduce optional features such as cloud backup or syncing. If introduced, users will be informed and this policy will be updated.

Data Sharing
Kembay does not sell user data. Any future sharing will be clearly disclosed.

Data Deletion
Users can delete their data within the app or by uninstalling the app.

Children’s Privacy
Kembay apps are not intended for children under 13.
